Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve and confirm the date of your event. All deposits are non-refundable.
Menu Choices
Guests are offered up to three entrees for plated menus. All final entree counts are due ten days prior to your event.
Minimums
Food/beverage minimums are applied to all events at Salvatore’s depending on the day, date, and time of the event.
Service Charge & Sales Tax
22% gratuity/service fee is added to all food/beverage sales, 3% admin fee. 11.75% of the current sales tax is added to all food/beverage sales.
Venue Fee
A non-taxable venue fee is applied to all events depending on the day, date, and time of the event. This includes chairs, china, silverware & tables.
Kids Menu
A children’s menu (Ages 12 & Under) is offered for $30.00 per child. Teenagers (Ages 13-20) are offered adult meals for $70.00 per person.
Coat Check
Can be scheduled for your event, the total fee is based on your final guest count.
Vendor Meals
Meals for vendors are offered for $40.00 per person.

ALL pricing is subject to change due to fluctuations in market prices.

After booking your event we will provide an extensive list of highly professional vendors such as Florists, Photographers, Bands, DJs, Hotels, Transportation, Officiants and more.
Tasting Sessions
Available, allowing you to experience the culinary skills of our talented chefs. Our menu is Italian-inspired, with plenty of American touches throughout. Additionally, our team is happy to cater to dietary needs and restrictions upon request.
Final Payment & Guarantee
Final payment is due 15 days prior to your event. We accept the following form of payment: Cashier’s check, ACH transfer, Wire Transfer and/or Zelle payment. There is a 4% surcharge for all other forms of credit card payments. Final charges will be based on your guaranteed guest count ten days prior to your event. The host will be billed per this confirmed count, or the actual number of guests attending, whichever is greater. Any balance the night of the event will be charged to the credit card on file.
